The page's evidence section points to NIH and NCCIH fact sheets and PubMed searches for single ingredients. It does not point to a trial of HoneyFil itself.
Studies on ashwagandha, zinc or vitamin D tell you something about those ingredients at specific doses and in specific extracts. They do not tell you what happens when eight ingredients are combined at unpublished amounts in a gummy.
A combination can behave differently, and a lower dose of each can behave differently again.
It is fair to say the individual ingredients have research behind them, and it is fair to say the finished product has none we could find. Both are true. That shifts the burden onto your own careful trial: a baseline, a log and an honest decision at day 60. Anecdotes, ours and the brand's, do not replace that.
